  • Overview

    Corcentric is looking for a certified Administrator to be responsible for the configuration and implementation of (SFDC). The successful candidate will be tasked with training all users, providing support and maintenance, and will be accountable for overall system improvements.


    This position works closely with sales and marketing management to identify, assess, and scope change initiatives that improve use for all users. Growth in the role will require the SFDC Administrator to assess the evolving needs of the sales, operations, and marketing users, and apply experience and insight to propose high-value changes to the system, processes, and policies.


    The ideal candidate will be a strong analytical, strategic, and operational thinker who aligns sales and marketing processes, analyzes key metrics, and works to continually improve platform performance. This is a highly collaborative role, working with marketing and sales. This position reports to the Marketing Director.



    • Own, manage, and drive optimization of entire SFDC platform
    • Manage SFDC security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, groups, etc.
    • Manage and drive enhancements to SFDC infrastructure to advance sales and marketing effectiveness and operational efficiencies
    • Build and manage key SFDC integrations – i.e., Marketo, website tools, other third-party marketing solutions, etc.
    • Identify new solutions that will improve sales and marketing efforts
    • Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows that show how sales and marketing programs impact revenue
    • Manage operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views, and troubleshoot issues
    • Mentor, teach, and instruct SFDC users in CRM best practices. Work with team on core operational processes and uses of SFDC
    • Develop training materials and provide training and support to SFDC users
    • Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management
    • Work closely with sales leadership to ensure processes and reporting is aligned to needs
    • Manage all sales related technical resources and migration of data into Salesforce
    • Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users
    • Perform other related duties, as assigned.


    • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
    • com administrator certification is required
    • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code (Apex, s-controls) and/or integration with external systems
    • Strong reporting background using standard reporting functionality
    • Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows, and enhanced functions
    • Must be highly driven and self-motivated for a fast paced dynamic environment
    • Able to develop productive working relationships across marketing, sales, and client facing teams
    • Service-oriented attitude toward external and internal audiences
    • A highly collaborative, dependable team player, who likes to be invested in a company’s success along with individual development
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills with ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical professionals
    • Minimum expectation of a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent education/experience
    • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
    • Strong problem solving skills, data and software applications
