Corcentric is looking for a certified Salesforce.com Administrator to be responsible for the configuration and implementation of Salesforce.com (SFDC). The successful candidate will be tasked with training all users, providing support and maintenance, and will be accountable for overall system improvements.
This position works closely with sales and marketing management to identify, assess, and scope change initiatives that improve use for all users. Growth in the role will require the SFDC Administrator to assess the evolving needs of the sales, operations, and marketing users, and apply experience and insight to propose high-value changes to the system, processes, and policies.
The ideal candidate will be a strong analytical, strategic, and operational thinker who aligns sales and marketing processes, analyzes key metrics, and works to continually improve platform performance. This is a highly collaborative role, working with marketing and sales. This position reports to the Marketing Director.
