  • Overview

          The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for supporting Fleet Sales Managers while maintaining contact with customers on a regular basis.    



    • Provide sales support to 6 sales managers
    • Make daily customer contact in support of the sales process
    • Be responsible for maintaining leads, reports, and exporting compliance
    • Administrate owned inventory relative to reporting and purchasing/funding
    • Order inspections on large deals and coordinate with buyers and suppliers
    • Manage compliance for background checks and “cross-border” paperwork
    • Track changes in market activity from advertising resources
    • Distribute leads and collect feedback of results
    • Coordinate and administrate inventory at staged or purchased location


    • 5 to 10 years of experience of administrative, sales, or dealership experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office; most particularly Microsoft Excel
    • Bilingual capabilities (Spanish and English)
    • Strong communication skills
